Mark Squires<p>Posted on this before, but it's worth repeating. </p><p>Off vintages are often a success--especially in bargain hunting. Is this the greatest Montrose, or even the greatest '99? Nope. But it was cheap, even by then standards, under $30, and it lasted 25 years. Classic Bordeaux, it is complex, dense and velvety.
