Tried locally-made kombucha. They came in 3 different flavors: Guyabano (sour sop), guava, and blueberry.
Blueberry was the one I liked most.
This week Little One suggested making a chilli infused #kombucha
They were probably trolling, but the joke's on them because it's actually delicious (for ppl who like hot flavours).
Less experimental flavours like ginger lemon #kombucha and pineapple infused kombucha, more reliably a success.
Also delicious, but unsurprisingly so.
Lavender flavoured #kombucha on the other hand, less clear results.
Wondering if it needed more lavender added as the flavour was not really perceptible.
Hibiscus flavoured #kombucha has been a great success.
Gotta brew it again.

Question for #gardeners and #kombucha brewers, does anyone have a favorite seedling warming mat that gives you a good, consistent temp?
Mine seems to be pooping out, and I'm having a heck of a time keeping my brews at the right temp (between 70-80 F).
Maybe my technique is wrong? Kombucha folks, if you use a warming mat, where do you put the temp gauge? We can't put it in the brew, so do you stick it under the jar, or...? (I'm brewing Jun atm.)

i like fruit juice.
I like seltzer (soda water).
I like fermented foods like pickles, sauerkraut, pickled tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and kimchi.
I like vinegar so much sometimes I'll even drink it with just a little water.
But I just don't like kombucha.
