Futuro mi Cuba<p><strong>Informe de inteligencia de EEUU descarta vínculos de Venezuela con el Tren de Aragua</strong></p><p><strong>18 agencias de inteligencia de EEUU desmienten narrativa sostenida por la Administración Trump y María Corina Machado para deportar sin pruebas a cientos de migrantes venezolanos</strong></p><p>Un nuevo informe del Consejo Nacional de Inteligencia de Estados Unidos niega categóricamente cualquier conexión entre el gobierno de Nicolás Maduro y el extinto grupo criminal conocido como «Tren de Aragua», lo cual contradice el argumento central utilizado por la Administración Trump y la opositora de extrema derecha María Corina Machado para justificar deportaciones masivas de migrantes venezolanos sin garantías legales.</p><p>El documento, al cual tuvo acceso el medio estadounidense <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2025/04/17/us-intelligence-tren-de-aragua-deportations-trump/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">The Washington Post</a> y reseñado por el portal web de Telesur fue respaldado por unanimidad por las 18 agencias de inteligencia estadounidenses —excepto el FBI, que mantiene reservas moderadas—, concluye que no existe evidencia de que el extinto Tren de Aragua continuaría operando y lo haría bajo órdenes de Caracas.</p><p>Esta es la segunda evaluación en dos meses que contradice las afirmaciones del presidente Donald Trump, quien en marzo invocó la Ley de Enemigos Extranjeros de 1798 para deportar a cientos de venezolanos acusados de pertenecer al grupo, enviándolos a una megacárcel en El Salvador.</p><p>La justificación de Trump se basó en la teoría de que el Tren de Aragua forma parte de una «invasión» dirigida por Maduro, un argumento repetido por figuras como el secretario de Estado Marco Rubio y Machado.</p><p>En base a este justificativo, el Gobierno de EE.UU. invocó la Ley de Enemigos Extranjeros, utilizada por última vez durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial para encarcelar a 110.000 japoneses-estadounidenses y que permite deportar o detener a extranjeros sin debido proceso si su país de origen está en guerra con EE.UU. o realiza una «incursión predatoria». Expertos legales subrayan que la norma exige un vínculo claro con un gobierno extranjero, algo que el informe desmiente.</p><p>«La idea de que Maduro dirige al Tren de Aragua y envía criminales a infiltrarse en EE.UU. es absurda», dijo Geoff Ramsey, experto en Venezuela del Atlantic Council. «El grupo opera más como una marca descentralizada que como una estructura jerárquica».</p><p>Ante las preguntas de The Washington Post, la Oficina de la Directora de Inteligencia Nacional, Tulsi Gabbard, tachó el informe de obra de «actores del deep state» —término usado por aliados de Trump para referirse a funcionarios que supuestamente socavan su agenda—. En un comunicado, la Casa Blanca defendió las deportaciones como una medida para «proteger a EE.UU. de terroristas», sin aportar pruebas.</p><p>La retórica choca con testimonios sobre deportados. Según abogados de derechos humanos, muchos detenidos ni siquiera tenían antecedentes penales. «Los arrestaron por su nacionalidad, no por pruebas», denunció Ana Ortega, representante de la ONG Venezolanos en el Exilio.</p><p><strong>Choque con el Poder Judicial</strong></p><p>El juez federal James E. Boasberg, de Washington D.C., ordenó en marzo detener las deportaciones y devolver a los deportados, pero la Administración ignoró la orden y envió a más de 200 venezolanos a El Salvador.
