Anyone have a good 101 resource on how to build a static website? I'm getting increasingly frustrated and pissy with WordPress

Festgestellt, dass der Verifizierungs-Link für mein Mastodon-Profil von meiner (#Wordpress) Website irgendwie raus geflogen ist. Hatte ich über ein einfaches html-Widget drin gehabt.
Bei @annette hab ich eine Anleitung gefunden, wie mans ordentlich in einen Social Block einbaut. Danke, hat mir Zeit gespart!

Setting Custom PHP Values in Varying Vagrant Vagrants
For a customer project we're using the SocialV BuddyPress Theme which requires some increases to stock PHP settings in vvv. I was unable to find specific documentation for this but luckily vvv uses FPM and CGI to handle PHP which means you can use a .user.ini file to set your proper values.

I launched a new website after becoming frustrated with only posting on social media platforms, before abandoning the big ones entirely. The website is built using wordpress and hosted on a Canadian server, under my own domain. Almost no one knows about the website, and no subscription is available for now. The intent is to present photos in groups along with some text. Still a work in progress, the site should help me to practice my storytelling craft. It's mostly old photos and stories for now. Happy to see where this can lead!

La siguiente parada era el plugin Contrast Fix para reparar errores de contraste pero me envalentoné preparando el lanzamiento del Kit de Accesibilidad BP 1.0 completo. Próximo post con los detalles pero ya están los tres plugins en GitHub. Los tres plugins son: ALT & Accesibilidad Automática, Contrast Fix y WP Media Scanner. Estas tres extensiones junto con el widget de Userway forman el kit. Antes de usar este kit en una instalación real o de producción, pruébalo en un entorno de test. Por favor, si detectas algún fallo o error, comunícamelo.
