TGV Réseau Duplex
Photos are very meh because i had too big of a lens for this distance and I wasn't expecting to see this rare of a train there
There are only 19 units of those made and they are mainly used on LGV Est (Paris - Strasbourg - German border), so seeing that in Rennes was unexpected
@rail_ and we have some of them in Ouigo España right?

Ouigo trains are modified TGV Dasye (2nd generation Duplex)
@rail_ @akalanka it also has Spanish language signage inside including branding the top floor as “cielo” or sky, and the bottom floor as “tierra”, or earth. @rail_@bark.lgbt @moof@cupoftea.social @akalanka@masto.es there's fun context to why they're not - the Ouigo ES trains actually used to be multi system capable, running in both Spain and France, before SNCF decided to use them for domestic Spanish routes and tore out the French signalling tech
